Since the Cole memo arrived in 2013, dispensaries have been liberated from the necessarily medicinal vibe. In the aesthetics of retail cannabis, Harborside next took the reins. We may well be at the tail end of “Apple of Cannabis” design fascination and heading into the rise of themed dispensaries.
