LANSING, Mich. -- Prominent figures in Michigan cannabis say to expect a lawsuit if the state imposes a tax hike the struggling industry characterizes as an existential threat. The state senate is expected to vote this week on House Bill 4951, which would impose a 24% wholesale excise tax on REC.
