SCOOP: Stiiizy sues retailer Cannabis 21+ for $1.2M

Stiiizy sued the parent company of southern California retailer Cannabis 21+ alleging it's owed more than $1.2M following the breach of a contract.

Stiiizy is the largest retailer and bestselling vape brand in California. Sean St. Peter, CEO of the Cannabis 21+ entity Loud SD did not respond to a request for comment.

According to the suit, Stiiizy and 21+ entered a consignment agreement in October where Stiiizy would place product at two 21+ stores in San Diego and be paid once the product sold at retail. The companies also entered a management . . .
