Tech company Alpine IQ countersued two former execs who allege the company defamed them after integrating their technology and firing them. In a countersuit, Alpine IQ denies the allegations and alleges the former execs engaged in a "coordinated scheme" to steal the company's intellectual property.
In February 2024, Alpine IQ acquired dispensary software platform Dispense, which derived from tech originally developed for nightlife booking software Tableist.
