SCOOP: Muha Meds founders face investor lawsuit
A married couple are suing the brothers who founded multi-state brand Muha Meds, alleging they invested $2.75M in three affiliated entities but have not received their anticipated payments.
According to an amended complaint filed in Los Angeles courts, Muha Meds founders Ali and Muhammad Garawi approached Jian Li in 2022 offering him 10% of California-based Green Acre Management and Garawi Holdings and Michigan-based VC2 in exchange for a $2.75M investment.
