BREAKING: GTI fired worker for weed allergy, Lawsuit alleges

A former employee of leading MSO Green Thumb Industries sued the company in federal court alleging she was fired for her allergy to a weed strain.

Chicago-based Green Thumb Industries is among the leading MSOs with nearly $1.2B in 2025 revenue and net income of $114M. At year end it operated in 14 states.
