BREAKING: Hall of Flowers exec sued over separate events company

A co-founder of Hall of Flowers and his lawyer partner used an investment in cannabis events company Green Street for personal use, a lawsuit alleges.

In an amended complaint filed in October, plaintiff Jamie Chisick alleges he invested $750,000 for 15% of cannabis events company Green Street Symposium based on "false statements and concealments" by the defendants.

Defendants Joshua Shelton, a lawyer with cannabis experience, and Rama Mayo, whose LinkedIn page identifies him as a co-founder of events company Hall of Flowers, allegedly said Green Street . . .
