SANTA BARBARA SUPES REJECT GRAND JURY FINDINGS

On Sept. 24, Santa Barbara's Board of Supervisors rejected the recommendations of a Grand Jury report that said they inadequately protected the public's health and safety in developing the county's cannabis ordinance.News-Press
