An arbitrator ruled that the company which licensed the Cookies brand to operators defrauded two of its investors and ordered the company to pay $61.5M. Cookies Creative Consulting & Promotions (CCCP) enabled Cookies to become one of the best known brands in cannabis by licensing the brand's IP to dozens of operators.
