A retail partner of Cookies and other cannabis brands improperly took control of an East Bay dispensary and left it owing nearly $2M in taxes, according to a 50-page complaint filed by in Alameda County.

  • TRP (Cookies Retail LLC) principal Brandon Johnson did not respond to a request for comment. The suit was first reported by Law360.
