BREAKING: Eaze sued for copyright infringement

The parent company of Source Cannabis sued Eaze for copyright infringement, alleging the delivery app's in-house brand Circles uses a "near-identical" logo to its own. Eaze declined to comment.
SF-based Eaze handles about one-third of licensed deliveries in California. The Source is a SoCal-focused brand with a logo of concentric circles that it says has been in continuous use since at least 2018.
