Breaking: Opponents sue San Diego Co. supes over equity law

An entity called No Skunk Butts and its owner are suing the San Diego County board of supervisors over the recently passed cannabis equity program.
In August, after years of pushback, the supervisors voted 3-2 to move forward with a cannabis equity program designed to support entrepreneurs disproportionately affected by the war on drugs. The program would enable them to obtain licenses in unincorporated areas. The lawsuit, alleges moving forward would have significant environmental impacts while exposing kids to pot odors.
