BREAKING: Judge orders Calf. DCC to restore lab BelCosta's license
In another adverse court ruling for the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC), a judge restored the license of a lab the regulator shuttered in April 2025. A previous judge had questioned whether BelCosta had received due process.
