LeafLink acquires Dama Financial’s banking unit

Wholesale marketplace LeafLink said today that it has acquired Dama Financial's banking unit for undisclosed terms. The tie-up between the tech firm and one of the industry's leading banking service providers aims to facilitate transactions between the brands and retailers that use LeafLink's platform. LeafLink says it handles about about half of state-legal wholesale business nationwide, about $500M monthly.
