Mike Tyson, Ric Flair sue IP execs for $50M

Mike Tyson and Ric flair sued IP execs who managed their cannabis licensing rights, alleging a "brazen RICO conspiracy" against them and other high-profile partners of CARMA Holdco. The suit alleges defendants engaged in "criminal wire fraud, embezzlement, money laundering and extortion as well as securities fraud and shameless self-dealing" to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.

The allegations include that the execs who formerly led Carma sold licensing rights that violated the terms of agreements with Tyson and Flair. The suit also alleges former Carma CEO Adam Wilks had an undisclosed “kickback . . .
