Newsbrief: Calif. regulator seeks dismissal of non-profits’ suit
The California Department of Cannabis Control and co-defendants have asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by several non-profits. The suit alleges that legalization has failed to deliver promised tax dollars to non-profits and that the regulator has failed to protect young people from cannabis products.
