Fewer than one in five seniors who use cannabis discussed it with their doctors according to a new study in the American Journal of Preventative Medicine. Just over 10% of adults over 65 report using cannabis in the last year.
Using nationally representative data derived from more than 14,000 older adults, researchers at Rutgers Health analyzed reports of cannabis and other drug use, whether patients were screened and whether they discussed it with doctors.
