Newsbrief: Indiana, Idaho may be opening to reform

Indiana and Idaho, which have some of the country's most restrictive cannabis laws, may be inching towards reform.
An Idaho MED initiative says it has collected enough signatures to appear on the ballot in November. It's not clear if the initiative has met the state's geographic diversity requirement, but the Natural Medicine Alliance of Idaho plans to continue collecting signatures through the May 1 deadline.
