Following the Trump administration's rescheduling of MED last month, Oklahoma's top drug cop is telling businesses in the state's MED industry to register with the DEA or face penalties including potentially having their licenses revoked.

Citing state laws, Donnie Anderson, director of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) wrote in a letter that “every registrant who is a distributor or manufacturer of medical marijuana products must comply with federal . . .
