Newsbrief: SF proposes rules for pot cafes

San Francisco's cannabis regulator released proposed rules for "Amsterdam style" cannabis cafes which serve food and drinks. California legalized the establishments in later 2024 and San Francisco supervisors voted to move forward in July of this year.
The proposed rules includes topics including city permitting, operations, security, on-site consumption, and what they can be called. Names that could entice minors are not allowed. Businesses can
