The Texas hemp industry can resume selling smokeable products after a Texas judge granted a temporary injunction. A state ban on the products, a substantial part of the state's multi-billion hemp industry, took effect at the end of March.

Judge Daniella DeSeta Lyttle blocked Texas from enforcing a new "total delta-9 THC" standard that included THCA towards the 0.3% limit for hemp products. THCA converts to THC when heated. The ruling also blocks . . .
