SCOOP: Catalyst shares proposal for DCC Metrc reform
California retailer Catalyst Cannabis provided a judge with recommendations for how the California Department of Cannabis Control(DCC) should configure its software to crack-down on diversion.
If approved, Catalyst's document, requested by Judge Lee F. Gabriel, would require the DCC to establish, "objective criteria" for irregular activity that should be flagged for DCC analysts.
