SCOOP: Judge rules Jeeter potency inflation suit can move forward

A California judge ruled that a proposed class action lawsuit alleging potency inflation at pre-roll brand Jeeter can move forward. Jeeter parent company Dreamfields Brands, which had tried to get the case dismissed, did not respond to a request for comment.
The lawsuit, filed by LA-based Dovel & Luner, on behalf of two consumers, alleged Jeeter "systematically" defrauded customers by overstating their products THC content. The suit cites a 2022 Weedweek story found
