SCOOP: Seed Junky sues Cookies, alleging fraud and IP theft

The parent of genetics company Seed Junky sued Cookies this week alleging “fraud, theft and intentional interference” in a joint venture they established together. The suit alleges Cookies and Cookies executives including CEO Berner, undermined the venture with Seed Junky to enrich themselves and “unlawfully prop up” the Cookies brand.
