Last month Ohio's attorney general filed a lawsuit alleging anti-competitive behavior by nine leading MSOs in Ohio, alleging they engaged in anti-competitive behavior to the detriment of Ohio consumers and businesses. The suit further alleges that their actions in Ohio reflect practices in other markets.
