Cookies sued over NYC dispensary
Update/clarification 2/1/24: The dispensary in question, named Culture House, opened yesterday at what was previously Cookies' New York City clothing store.
A entity with ties to Cookies' multi-state retail partner TRP sued the brand in New York State courts last week.
The plaintiff Cookies Retail (CRE) alleges that Cookies' partnership with a New York license winner violated their agreement to be its exclusive retail partner in the state.
