SCOOP: Judge orders Nabis docs in Herbl suit
A California judge ordered Nabis to turn over documents in its legal battle with Herbl. The companies, two of California's largest distributors, have been in litigation since January 2022 over brand Raw Garden's switch from Herbl to Nabis.
