ARIZONA REC INITIATIVE CAN STAY ON BALLOT, JUDGE

An Arizona judge ruled the state’s upcoming REC vote can remain on the ballot.

  • Anti-legalization activists had sued claiming the 100-word summary distributed by signature gatherers was misleading.
