Higgs, a cannabis lifestyle brand, today announced an exclusive deal with Newfoundland-based Oceanic Releaf, a licensed producer and retailer of adult-use cannabis, that will see its award-winning pre-rolls and jarred flower launch in the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, followed by the rest of the Maritimes and across Canada in the coming months.
