SUPERIOR COURT TOSSES LEAGUE OF CITIES DELIVERY SUIT

Fresno County Superior Court Judge Rosemary McGuire on Tuesday dismissed the lawsuit seeking to overturn statewide marijuana delivery, but industry watchers are viewing the decision as a small victory brought with daunting possibilities.  WeedWeek
