SCOOP: Vendor sues Gold Flora for alleged non-payment
The parent company of Santa Cruz Co.-based Coastal Sun sued vertical operator Gold Flora alleging it's owed $202,000 in overdue product payments.
According to the complaint, filed this month in Santa Cruz Co., in February 2023, the parties entered a supplier agreement with Gold Flora's predecessor Caliva agreeing to pay for product 30 days after delivery.
