Harborside acquiring Urbn Leaf and Loudpack
California dispensary chain Harborside said it would acquire SoCal-focused retailer Urbn Leaf and cultivator, manufacturer and distributor Loudpack. The combined company, to be called StateHouse Holdings, will be among the largest vertically integrated operators in California.
