Last year, Canadians celebrated their first legal 4/20 with coast to coast parties. This year’s 4-20 was all online, with streaming smoke-sessions over Zoom and other platforms, some puns and poetry, but no physical gatherings, and police on hand to make sure. Vancouver’s Sunset Beach remained empty.

- Canopy Growth‘s investment arm Canopy Rivers launched its new cannabis-business publication the Rise (edited by former Globe and Mail Cannabis Pro reporter Jameson Berkow). Articles include: how sustainable REC packaging may not be sustainable, why women smoke more cannabis, and whether cannabis entrepreneurship is dead.
The Rise - Also launching on 4/20 was the Schizophrenia Society of Canada’s new website Cannabis & Psychosis: Exploring the Link.
