Nebraska's supreme court unanimously upheld the state's two voter-approved MED laws.
In a 49-page opinion, the court ruled against claims from anti-legalization state officials who argued the ballot initiative process had been corrupted by fraud and "notarial malfeasance," the Nebraska Examiner reported.
