BREAKING: Ex- AlpineIQ execs allege CEO defamed them

Two former executives sued dispensary tech company AlpineIQ and its CEO Nicholas Paschal alleging he publicly defamed them after acquiring their platform Dispense.
- Paschal did not respond to a request for comment.
Plaintiffs Kyla Moore and Timothy Officer built Dispense, a retail tech platform they based on Tableist, a platform they had built to serve nightlife consumers.
