Montana regulators propose ad ban
Montana state regulators proposed banning almost all forms of cannabis advertising. If approved, the rule would take effect January 1, the day the state's REC market opens. Missoula Current
According to the proposal:
- Businesses would be limited to two outdoor signs, no larger than 11 square feet each, which must include disclaimers about marijuana use.
- They wouldn't be able to advertise on social media . . .
