Newsbrief: Feds make workplace safety recommendations

The CDC's workplace safety unit is recommending that cannabis factories reduce worker exposure to airborne particulates and cannabinoids to prevent lung and skin irritation.

Prepared by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) at the request of an unnamed factory, the report found employees were exposed to airborne endotoxins at levels within an established safety benchmark. It says there's no equivalent benchmark for other airborne particulates that cannabis workers . . .
