Newsbrief: Florida court nixes 70,000 signatures as REC deadline looms

A Florida appeals court ruled more than 70,000 signatures invalid as a REC legalization races to collect them. To qualify for the ballot, the group must submit 880,062 valid signatures by Sunday.
