EXCLUSIVE: Dead Trulieve worker coughed “whenever the grinding was done,” OSHA
The colleagues of a 27-year old Trulieve factory worker who collapsed during a January 2022 shift and then died at a Massachusetts hospital said they were aware of her respiratory problems but were unable to help her, according to 400 of pages of U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) documents.
OSHA provided the documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. A Trulieve representative did not respond to questions.
