Three hemp companies are suing Texas after a new ban on hemp-derived Delta 8-THC and Delta 10-THC took effect. Texas has seen multiple reversals and close calls on hemp's legality but the new ban does not effect Delta 9-THC, the most common hemp-derived cannabinoid in Texas' multi-billion dollar industry.
