In November voters in Massachusetts may have the chance to make it the first state to repeal REC legalization. In the meantime, regulators are contemplating a moratorium on new growing licenses.
Axios Boston reports the state Cannabis Control Commission plans to hold a public hearing on the issue, though hasn't yet set a date.
