A new study found cannabinoids offered few benefits to those suffering from a range of mental health disorders. Published in journal The Lancet, it was the most expansive known analysis of previous studies on the topic.

The study found no benefit in the use of cannabinoids for treating anxiety, ADHD, anorexia and a variety of substance use disorders.
