- Ending a four year case, the state supreme court ruled that a woman who used MED while pregnant had not abused or neglected her child.
Oregon:
- Willamette Week digs up a lawsuit filed by edibles company Drops against retail chain La Mota alleging $390,000 in unpaid bills going back more than two years. La Mota denies most of the claims.

- Mary Jones Soda expanded to Washington state.

Benzinga - Glass House opened a new Farmacy shop in Santa Ynez (Santa Barbara Co.). It’s Glass House’s ninth, though they’re not all Farmacy-branded.
- Las Vegas-based cannabinoid company Covalent has partnered with Florida-based Qredible, which calls itself the cannabiz’s “first blockchain-backed digital registry.“
- StateHouse‘s Urbn Leaf opened a shop in West Hollywood, its 14th statewide.
