- AB 1207, which would impose new packaging and labeling requirements in a bid to reduce youth edible “poisonings” easily passed the state assembly and advances to the senate. Some provisions opposed by the industry have been stripped from the bill.
- Lawmakers are “seriously flirting” with AB 766 which would require licensees to promptly pay their bills or face penalties. The idea, could do more harm than good, Canna Law Blog previously argued.
