BREAKING: Michigan shuts down partner of California-based Muha Meds
Michigan shut down the manufacturing partner of California-based operator Muha Meds and issued it a $2M fine, the largest in state market history, for what the state’s top regulator called “egregious violations,” including a camera pointed at a wall.
TerrAscend seeks to keep $8M 280E refund
MSO TerrAscend asked a federal judge to reject an IRS attempt to claw back an $8.4M refund payment it received related to industry-hated tax rule 280E.
